Tuo suan tieguanyin tea belongs to qing xiang (clean aroma) type of tieguanyin tea, which is a modern green style, more like green tea. It is not the traditional style roasted tieguanyin tea which in Chinese is called nong xiang (strong aroma) tieguanyin tea.

Taste specialty:
This types of tieguanyin tea has fresh taste like green tea but it has light fermentation and gets a fresh sour flavor, orchid floral aroma, is more flavorfull.
After drink will have some taste we call ‘GuanYin Yun’ in your mouth, it’s a little fresh sour feeling and floral aroma, sometimes someone may have some cream feeling.

Gaiwan 150-200ml

Water temperature: 185℉ / 85℃
5 steeps: rinse, 30s, 50s, 60s, 80s, 120s.
Cup Method:
Teacup: 12oz / 355ml
Water temperature: 185℉ / 85℃
3g tea
Brewing time: 2-4 minutes.
